1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging ReadySet Mission Viejo Tree Services for any tree care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided at 27271 Las Ramblas #160, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, and throughout our service areas.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

ReadySet Mission Viejo Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health assessments, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if proper permits cannot be obtained.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on on-site evaluations. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from initial assessment. Any changes to scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

4. Permits and Regulations

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by the City of Mission Viejo or other local jurisdictions. We can advise on permit requirements but cannot guarantee permit approval.

ReadySet will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations in the performance of our services.

5. Property Access and Liability

Customer grants ReadySet access to the property for the duration of the agreed-upon services. Customer is responsible for marking underground utilities, sprinkler systems, and other hidden infrastructure.

ReadySet Mission Viejo Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unmarked utilities, or damage caused by natural tree failure outside our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

ReadySet reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible in such situations.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover natural tree growth, disease, or damage from weather events.

Tree care is subject to natural variables. While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee tree survival or specific growth outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReadySet Mission Viejo Tree Services liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or inability to provide services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
